1. Create a Cooffer account (It's completely free and easy! Please review our Terms and Privacy polices)

• Click “Create Your Account”.
• Fill out the form.
• Check your email (please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders).
• Click confirmation link.
• Sign in to Cooffer.

2. Browsing and Shopping

• Type in keywords in search tool bar.
• Click "More" under the item to view additional information and description.
• You can save items to Favorite by clicking "Add to Favorite" and purchasing them later.
• You can also share and recommend items to your friends.

3. Making a purchase

• Create a new deal.
• Click and drag as many items as you like to the market you just created, you can also remove items from the market by clicking “Delete”.
• Click “Buy Now” to purchase items instantly.
• Or “Fill in your asking price” then click “Send Request” to make an initial offer to the seller. Seller may disagree with your offer and decide to make a counter offer.
• Please check your email or sign in to your account to see if there are any new “Notices”.

4. Completing your transaction

• Click “Check Out” to enter shipping information and payment options.
• You can pay with credit cards, debit cards and Paypal.
• Please review your transaction carefully before finalizing your order.

5. Expecting shipment

• Your cool item(s) will be with you soon.

Note: Cooffer does not collect any fees from buyers. Please contact us if you find suspicious activities.

1. Creating a My Shop Account (It's also free and easy! Please review ourTerms and Privacy polices)

• You must be at least 18 years of age (if under 18, you may still have a seller's account with the permission and supervision of a responsible adult).
• Please review the list of prohibited products.
• Need a Paypal account (Please click here to sign up a Paypal account).

2. Uploading/Editing Items

• Enter detailed product description, shipping information and payment options.
• You must enter your Paypal account number in order to activate “My Shop”.
• • Upload three images of the item (image uploading is FREE !!).
• To edit an item, you can go to “Upload” > Edit My Shop (or My Swap/Collection/Wish List) > Select the category. You will see the detailed information about the item. Make sure you click “Change” to save the changes.

3. Waiting For or Find Buyers

• When a buyer makes an offer for your item, you may accept the offer, negotiate on the price, or throw in bonus item(s).
• Say what? I can find buyers easily! Yes, you can find buyers who are looking to buy your items by a simple search on their “Wish List” or “My Favorite”.

4. Receiving Payment

• Once the buyer agrees with your final price, you should expect a fast and secure payment from Paypal.

5. Shipping your item(s)

• Send the item(s) to your buyer with your shipping method.

At Cooffer, we do not charge listing fees, image fees, monthly fees and other non-sense fees. You will be charged a small transaction fee of the total sale price when you make a sale (not including shipping). Please see below for our fee schedule.

• Item(s) not sold : No Fee
• $0.01 - $2,000.00 : 3.5% of the final sale price
• Above $2,000.01 : 3.0% of the final sale price

All Cooffer fees are paid using your Paypal account on file when signing up “My Shop”. Each month we add up all your fees, and on the last day of the month we send you an invoice (we will only send you an invoice when the bill reaches $5 or over). You have 15 days to pay your bill. If you fail to do so, your account may be suspended. We will reactivate your account once the payment has been received.

To pay your bill, please go to “About Me” and click “Pay My Bill” then follow the instructions.

We will refund transaction fees and remove the incomplete transaction if a buyer has failed to pay or decided to back out of a transaction. You need to fill out the Transaction Report. If you want to leave feedback now, please do so. This option for leaving feedback will be removed along with this transaction.

Should you have a dispute with one or more members/users, or outside parties, you release Cooffer (and Cooffer's officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (consequential and actual) of every kind and nature, unknown and known, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Cooffer strongly encourages members/users to report member to member disputes to your local law enforcement, postmaster general, or a certified arbitrator/mediator.

Cooffer may try to help members resolve disputes, however, it is in Cooffer's sole discretion. Cooffer has no obligation to resolve disputes between users or between users and outside parties. Cooffer will not make judgments regarding legal issues or claims.

Individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law may use Cooffer's “My Shop” services. Individuals under the age of 18 may still use “My Shop” services with the permission and supervision of a responsible adult.
