What is the group for?
Joining groups will enable you to meet more friends who share similar backgrounds, or passions with you. You can search for items within the groups and share information with others.
How do I join a group?
You may search for groups from the Group welcome page. Once you’ve found a group you wish to join, click on the group name and you will see a welcome page for that specific group. You can just simply click the “Join group” button. Results will be different depending on the privacy setting of the group.
Public: If the group setting is open to the public, then you will be automatically registered to the group.
Private: If the group setting is private, you will have to inform the administrator with a short message, and wait for confirmation.
How do I search for groups?
Enter keywords in the search tool bar on the All Groups welcome page. Click on each group to see detailed information. At the welcome page, the latest hottest groups will be displayed.
How to create my own group?
Creating your own group is easy. Simply click on “create a group”, and it will start at the privacy setting. Fill out the information about your new group, select a group category, and upload an image for your group.
How to edit my own group?
To edit your group information, simply go to My Groups, and select the group you wish you edit.
How do I leave a group?
To leave a group, go to My groups, click on “close” icon to remove this group from your list, or go to the group profile page where you will find a “Leave group” icon under the group name at the welcome page. Click on the “Leave group” icon and you will be automatically removed from the group’s member list.
What if the group administrator doesn’t respond?
You may contact the group administrator with emails or simply apply again.
How many groups can I join?
There is no limit. You can join as many groups as you desired.
How do I invite friends to join my group?
Go to “My groups” then click on “Edit Group”. You will see “invite friend to join”.
How do I delete a group I’ve created?
Go to “My groups” then simply click on “Close”. You will be deleting the group and remove all the members from the group.
